Page ImageBook Bag: Throughout the year, all books taken home for study must be in a waterproof bag/backpack.

The Brown County Bookmobile: stops at our school once each month on Wednesday.

Communicable Diseases: It is requested by law that communicable diseases your child contacts be reported to the local health officer. Call 448-6400 - Green Bay Health Department.

Tornado Evacuation: Teachers and students have been instructed regarding safety procedures when weather conditions indicate that a tornado or severe weather warnings are in effect. The Fire Inspector has designated parts of our school as safety areas for our students. Parents are asked to not have students dismissed until the WARNING is lifted.

Weather Alert: Please notify the school immediately if you hear that there is a weather watch. We will then listen to our radio/TV for directions.

School Masses: Our weekly Masses are usually scheduled for 9:00 am on Fridays. When there is a Holy Day or another special occasion, this day may be changed. Students are asked to please bring an offering to Mass which will be used to provide heating certificates for area families. Also, a donation of a non-perishable food item is encouraged to help our local food pantry.

Field Trip Chaperones: We encourage parents to volunteer for field trips. Depending on the trip, sometimes it is necessary to group students with someone other than the child's volunteer parent. This is done to avoid difficulties, provide proper supervision and when requests are made for specific groupings from places they are going. This is the expectation rather than the norm. Every trip should be an optimal learning experience through this hands-on activity.
